  3. Cuando la cebolla esté más transparente acomodamos nuestras albóndigas en la olla y dejamos unos 2 min por lado. Luego de esto incorporamos el vino tinto y dejamos la olla tapada a fuego medio por 10 min.
  4. Pasado los 10 min. Le agregamos el tomate picado y dejamos por 10 min más a fuego bajo. Por último agregamos salsa de tomate a gusto (yo le puse muy poco, tipo 1/4 de taza), revolvemos y dejamos por unos 5 min más. Rectificamos sabor de ser necesario y ya podemos acompañar con lo que queramos.
  5. Como dije anteriormente, la salsa de tomate es a gusto y cantidad de cada uno. Si quieres puedes no ponerla, queda igual de rico ya que el vino, la zanahoria y el tomate hacen una reducción muy rica!
