  2. Colocamos aceite en un caldero a fuego bajo mientras vamos formando bolitas de carne de igual tamaño, cuando el aceite esté caliente agregamos las albóndigas y las dejamos dorar
  3. Mientras llevamos al procesador de alimentos los tomates, pimentones y las cebollas hasta obtener una mezcla suave y homogénea, la cual agregaremos a nuestra carne.
  4. Agregamos las especias y rectificamos la sal y pimienta. Tapamos y cocinamos a fuego lento hasta reducir la salsa.
